Flights & hotel

Tokyo ⇄ US round trip per person. Set the cabin above, or type a figure.

Per room per night, one room per person. Prices spike near big shows (CES week Vegas).

Food, taxis/rideshare, incidentals.

Conference/seat pass per person. Prefilled from the conference's cheapest listed pass when known; 0 for expo-only free entry.

Exhibiting

10×10 booth all-in: floor space (~$59/sqft), build, drayage, electrical, cleaning. Hidden costs are 30–40% of booth budgets, already inside. Prefilled from the event's cheapest listed package when known.

Bilingual event staff and interpreters hired in the US. Replaces flying extra people from Japan (~$4,000+ each).

Large-format printing, delivery and disposal, done locally. No shipping from Japan.

Our business

Safety cushion on all costs. US shows always surprise.

What we add on top of all costs. This is our revenue. Plan target: 30%.
