Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us for using this service.

Last updated 2026-08-04

01This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [TODO: registered company name]. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

This is a business service. It is not offered to consumers, and consumer protection rules that would otherwise apply to a consumer contract do not form part of this agreement.

02What the service does

We read publicly available information about a company you nominate, and produce a ranked shortlist of United States conferences, with reasoning, cost estimates and documents you can share internally.

The service is provided as it stands and as it develops. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you depend on, and you are on a paid plan, you may cancel for the remainder of the paid period.

03Estimates and generated content

Recommendations, rationales and written summaries are produced by automated systems, including large language models. They can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken.

Flight, hotel, booth and total trip figures are estimates. They are not quotes, they are not offers, and they are not booked prices. Prices change constantly and we do not control them.

Conference dates, venues, exhibitor lists and ticket tiers are gathered from public sources and can be inaccurate or superseded. Verify anything with the organiser before you commit money to it.

Nothing here is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Decisions about spending, travel and staffing remain yours.

04Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Tell us promptly at privacy@trissinoai.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

05Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to analyse companies for a purpose you would not be comfortable disclosing to them.

Do not attempt to access parts of the service you have not been granted access to, disrupt its operation, or extract data at a scale or rate that interferes with other customers.

Do not resell the service, or present its output as an independent report from someone other than you, without our written agreement.

06Your data and your output

What you put in stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf, including sending your inputs to the service providers listed in our privacy policy.

The documents the service produces for you are yours to use, including with your own customers. Our underlying data, models, prompts and software remain ours.

We may use aggregated information about how the service is used to improve it, in a form that does not identify you or your customers.

07Confidentiality

Each of us may learn confidential information about the other. Neither will disclose it, and each will protect it with at least the care it applies to its own confidential information.

This does not apply to information that is public, that was already known, or that must be disclosed by law.

08Fees

Paid plans and one-off deliverables are charged at the price quoted to you at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of consumption tax unless stated otherwise.

Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we agree in writing.

We may change prices for future periods, and will tell you before a change takes effect.

09Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. It depends on third-party providers, and it will sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

We do not offer a service level guarantee unless one is agreed with you separately in writing.

10Disclaimers

Except as these terms state, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete or suitable for any decision you make with it.

11Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity, however it arises.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where required by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first.

After termination we delete or return your data in line with our privacy policy. Terms that by their nature should survive, including confidentiality, liability and governing law, do survive.

13Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top is the version in force, and the current version always governs your use of the service.

If a change materially reduces your rights we will notify account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
