# What are the eligibility requirements for Eureka Park

In principle, companies must be founded within 5 years, have raised no more than a Series B round, and have a demoable branded product. Companies can exhibit at Eureka Park at most twice, with a second time allowed only if the product has not launched yet, and companies that have exhibited elsewhere at CES are generally excluded.
